My stay at the resort was a mix of great experiences and some minor letdowns. The rooms, newly refurbished in a beachy style, were clean and comfortable, although the non-adjustable shower head was a drawback. The staff, from bartenders to registration desk personnel, were like meeting new friends - very friendly and accommodating. The location offered easy access to explore the Keys, with good beach access and proximity to attractions. However, the dining options, while adequate, could have been better, and the hotel's response about third-party booking apps was not ideal.

I had a great time at this hotel! The rooms were right by the water, just like in the pictures, and though the bathroom was small, the two queen beds were perfect for my stay. The service was exceptional with helpful amenities like grocery shopping service and a free shuttle. The location was ideal as it was directly on the beach, even though there was a bit of noise from the waves. The dining experience with udon was a delightful surprise, and the facilities were top-notch. The only downside was the price not completely aligning with the value I received.

The hotel is in a superb location right on the beach with plenty of sun loungers available at the water's edge. The rooms, although basic, were clean and fine, but slightly dark.
