Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. Rooms are cozy but the sofa bed is uncomfortable. Good location for various activities, but the timing of room cleaning was inconvenient. Pleasant service but limited dining options.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were tiny, dark, and close to the elevator, leading to early morning noise disturbances. However, my king ocean view room had a comfortable bed, a nice glass shower, and a great balcony with ocean views. The breakfast was minimal with just bagels, and the fire escape plan on the back of the door was not a pleasant sight.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The location was convenient on the water, just like in the picture, although the air conditioning units were noisy. The basic bathroom was very small, which was a bit of a drawback for me.
The hotel was very clean and had a great view. However, the shower temperature was inconsistent, which could be dangerous, especially in a family room, and the ocean view was partly obstructed by the roof of the tiki bar below.
The hotel offers fantastic ocean views from clean rooms with a full kitchen and many sports activities. However, noise from nearby rooms can disrupt your stay. The friendly staff and central location add to the overall experience.
My stay at the resort was a mix of great experiences and some minor letdowns. The rooms, newly refurbished in a beachy style, were clean and comfortable, although the non-adjustable shower head was a drawback. The staff, from bartenders to registration desk personnel, were like meeting new friends - very friendly and accommodating. The location offered easy access to explore the Keys, with good beach access and proximity to attractions. However, the dining options, while adequate, could have been better, and the hotel's response about third-party booking apps was not ideal.
I had a great time at this hotel! The rooms were right by the water, just like in the pictures, and though the bathroom was small, the two queen beds were perfect for my stay. The service was exceptional with helpful amenities like grocery shopping service and a free shuttle. The location was ideal as it was directly on the beach, even though there was a bit of noise from the waves. The dining experience with udon was a delightful surprise, and the facilities were top-notch. The only downside was the price not completely aligning with the value I received.
The hotel offers a great location beside the beach and near restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, but the small basic bathroom can be a drawback. The service is top-notch with convenient amenities. The dining experience is impressive with tasty salads. However, noisy air conditioning units may disrupt relaxation.
The hotel is in a superb location right on the beach with plenty of sun loungers available at the water's edge. The rooms, although basic, were clean and fine, but slightly dark. The service was excellent, especially Yeny at the front desk who was incredibly helpful. The dining options were adequate, and the facilities were well-maintained. However, upon check-out, we were surprised by hidden fees and expenses.
